REE Real Estate Limited Liability Company (abbreviated as REE Land) has recently won the auction for the golden land use rights and is recognized as the investor for the commercial residential development project, The Light Square, in Bo Xuyen ward, Thai Binh city (formerly the land of the Military Command of Thai Binh Province).
REE Land won the auction for the commercial residential development project in Bo Xuyen ward, Thai Binh city with a bid of 389 billion VND, higher than the starting price for the auction of land use rights at 300.769 billion VND.
The auctioned land has a total planned area of 19,375.2m2. The golden land use plan includes linked houses, villas; high-rise commercial housing; and other technical and social infrastructure facilities.
REE Land, a subsidiary of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation, was established in 2006 and is headquartered in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City. The company is currently investing in real estate and expanding investments in market segments such as residential, community, office, commercial services, and industrial infrastructure in major cities nationwide.
In addition, REE Land is also operating office rental buildings with a total area of 150,000m2, set to increase to 200,000m2 once E.Town6 becomes operational. REE Land is currently the developer of the group’s real estate projects and is also a mechanical and electrical contractor, an EPC contractor for energy projects, and a distributor of Reetech and Fujitsu air conditioners.
Currently, REE Land has up to 31 subsidiaries and 18 associated companies spanning the four main business areas mentioned above. Notable among these associated companies are Saigon Real Estate Corporation, Phả Lại Thermal Power, Thác Bà 2 Hydropower, Central Hydropower, Sông Ba Hạ Hydropower, Thác Mơ Hydropower, Sông Đà Water Company, Gia Định Water Supply, Nhà Bè Water Supply, Saigon Water Investment and Trading JSC, BOO Thủ Đức Water JSC, Phả Lại Thermal Power, Thác Bà 2 Hydropower, Central Hydropower, Sông Ba Hạ Hydropower, and Thác Mơ Hydropower.
It is known that Thai Binh province currently has 17 housing development investment projects using golden land. The scale of these projects varies greatly, from a few hundred billion to several thousand billion VND. Most projects have 2 to 3 investors submitting bids and are generally assessed as capable and experienced.
Housing development projects in Thai Binh include: the development project in the new rural model community in An Thanh commune, Quynh Phu district (86.336 billion VND); the residential development project in Dong Hoa commune, Thai Binh city (2,132.6 billion VND); and the commercial residential development project along both sides of road number 2 in Minh Quang commune, Kien Xuong district (1,161 billion VND)./.
