(BĐT) – The People’s Committee of Thai Binh Province has recently recognized the auction results for the land use rights and acknowledged the investor for the Commercial Housing Development Project in Bo Xuyen ward, Thái Bình city (the former site of the Military Command of Thái Bình Province). Accordingly, REE Real Estate Limited Liability Company (REE Land) is the winning bidder for the land use rights and is recognized as the project’s investor.
The total planned area of the site is 19.375,2 m2. The land use plan includes linked houses, villas; high-rise commercial housing; and other technical and social infrastructure facilities.
The winning bid price by the investor was 389 billion VND. Previously, according to the announcement by the Land Development and Resource Technique Center under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thái Bình Province, the starting price for the land use rights auction was 300.769 billion VND.
The project, named The Light Square, is expected to be a fascinating destination where the essence converges, and famous brands are showcased in the uniquely designed Shophouse row with a mix of French and Vietnamese architectural styles, featuring the Arc de Triomphe as a central highlight of the project. The Villa area and the Row of Linked Houses offer a level of sophistication and elevate the status of their owners, residing in one of the most prime locations in Thái Bình Province. REE Land hopes to bring the best amenities to the residents of The Light Square in particular, and to promote the image of life and people of Thái Bình Province in general.
