Signing Ceremony of High-rise Apartment Project Transfer Contract Between Reeland and Handico6 Ha Long

On April 10, 2025, in Thai Binh City, REE Land and Handico6 Ha Long held a formal ceremony to sign the contract for the transfer of the high-rise apartment project, a part of the residential development project in Bồ Xuyên Ward, Thai Binh City (The Light Square – Thai Binh). Prior to this, on March 25, 2025, the People’s Committee of Thai Binh Province issued Decision No. 453/QD-UBND, authorizing REE Land to transfer a part of the project, specifically the high-rise apartment building, to Handico6 Ha Long as the investor.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Khoa, Director of REE Land, and Mr. Phạm Đình Doanh, Director of Handico6 Ha Long, represented their respective companies to sign the contract. The event was witnessed by leaders and representatives from various departments of both companies, as well as project development partners and guests.​

The portion of the project being transferred to Handico6 Ha Long is envisioned as an architectural highlight for the area. Located on a 3,557.1 m² site within the housing development project in Bồ Xuyên Ward, the high-rise apartment building is designed with a maximum height of 35 floors, a maximum construction density of 79%, and a maximum land use coefficient of 20 times. The building’s footprint is up to 2,810 m², with an estimated floor area of 71,142 m², of which approximately 70%, or 49,800 m², is usable space.

Handico6 Ha Long plans to offer high-end apartment units featuring amenities such as outdoor garden relaxation spaces, advanced “contactless” security systems, smart parking and lighting systems, sports and wellness facilities, children’s play areas, a tea garden, and rooftop BBQ areas. The project will also have integrated infrastructure connecting to a green park, a water music fountain, and a pedestrian plaza. Handico6 Ha Long is actively preparing project procedures and aims to commence construction in the third quarter of 2025.​​
